Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Your content: You retain all rights to your business name, branding, content, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use these solely to deliver your project.

Delivered work: Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website, code, and custom assets created for your project. You may not resell the design as a template without our written consent.

Third-party components: Your project may include open-source libraries, stock images, or third-party tools. These remain subject to their respective licenses, which we ensure are appropriately obtained.

Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all paid-for deliverables, and we will facilitate a smooth handoff of assets and access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation may be subject to binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
