1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Angelorum Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Angelorum Solutions' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the materials for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Service Description

Angelorum Solutions offers web design and development services including:

• Website maintenance and support
• Additional add-on services as offered

Project Timeline

Projects are completed according to the agreed-upon timeline. Timeline estimates are provided as guidance and may be extended due to:

• Client delays in providing content or feedback
• Scope changes or additional requests
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party service delays

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

• Starter Website Package: $500 one-time build + $35/month hosting
• Platform Integration: Custom pricing (quote-based)
• Add-ons: Monthly subscription charges as selected

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Payment must be received before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: All services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, you may receive a full refund. After work begins, the following refund schedule applies:

• 0-25% complete: 75% refund
• 25-50% complete: 50% refund
• 50%+ complete: No refund (but project remains your property)

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly add-on services (Maintenance, SEO, Copywriting) will be billed on the anniversary of your purchase date each month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

You retain all rights to your business information, content, and branding that you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of creating your website.

Design and Code

Upon final payment, you own the website design, code, and all created assets. You may not resell the design as a template or service without our consent. We retain the right to display your website as a portfolio example with your permission.

Third-Party Assets

Your website may include third-party content, stock images, plugins, or libraries. These remain subject to their original licenses. We ensure proper licensing for all third-party components.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Provide content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within 5 business days
• Not ask for substantial scope changes after significant work is complete
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
• Your website is subject to hosting provider terms and availability

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelorum Solutions from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the website or services
• Content you provide that infringes on third-party rights
• Your violation of these terms or applicable law
• Your business operations or industry regulations

9. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Websites created by us are hosted on secure AWS infrastructure. Hosting includes:

• SSL encryption
• CDN acceleration
• Daily backups
• 99.9% uptime SLA

Hosting costs may apply annually. Maintenance and support services are available as monthly add-ons.

10. Limitation of Warranty

ANGELORUM SOLUTIONS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANGELORUM SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services:

• For violation of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For any reason with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, you retain ownership of your website and data.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that location.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email. Your continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
